A SOCIALLY USEFUL ADVICE

Enthusiasm, research, innovation. Thus was born the "challenge" of Radovani Studio, an electrical engineering Association offering consulting and design services  in the industrial and civil sector.

"Research for innovative technical solutions is the underlying theme of all my activities." Such is the engineer Riccardo Radovani, owner with his father of Radovani  Progetti Studio in  Trieste. Father and son with a large experience in project design and industrial innovation. A Studio that, thanks to the continuous comparison between two generations, could express eclectically pointing to the future.

Technical expertise is characterized by continuous development of new activities and research in technology.
Electricity is the most important and widespread utilization of energy and its availability is one of the prerequisites for development and progress: we live daily in the belief that this availability is the norm and realize its importance only when it fails, for example in case of blackouts. The generation, transmission and use of electricity involves the study of use of renewable sources, the conversion controlled by electronic components of power, the use in industrial and civil sector. We talk about it  with  engineer Riccardo Radovani.

Yours is a Studio able to meet the professional challenges and technologies in the most advanced industrial society?
"Radovani Progetti Studio is an Association  recently established , based on specific professional experience of more than ten years of its owners and its teams. If to these facts we add  enthusiasm, interest in research and passion for innovation that distinguishes us, it  is easy to understand why no challenge can find us unprepared. "

Which are the areas of competence?
"Mostly  the industrial areas also, such  particular as with danger of explosion. Civil and service area with an eye to home automation and technique of security installations.

Why a Project  Studio with  predominantly industrial direction?
"Certainly the industry knowledge and the ability to identify appropriate solutions. In order to develop an idea you must go through many passages, especially in technical fields  ranging from feasibility studies to calculations and construction drawings , to arrive to the final project. In a plant, for example, the project is the fundamental tool for  both achieving  quality, safety and  meeting the client’s  expectations. These are the premises from which originated Radovani  Progetti Studio.

Which  the specificity in the industrial sector  ?
"Project and commissioning of industrial electrical systems, calculation of the electrical protection and scales of coordination, planning of production facilities for electricity, both on the island as in parallel with the network of public distribution, design of medium-voltage; studies application of variable speed control systems, PLC programming, automation and implementation of studies diagrams.

You  also employ consultancy. How?
"Radovani Progetti  provides advice of Quality Assurance in the plants, conducting tests and inspections of machinery and electrical panels in low and medium voltage;  advice on hazard analysis for the CE marking of machinery ; advice and design relating to fire prevention and safety at work '.

Radovani Progetti  also operates within  sources of alternative energy?
"Yes, it deals with design of systems, with solar panels, with photovoltaic cells and fuel cells."

Which is the nature of your customer?
'Engineering industries, chemical and electrical properties. Companies operating in  service sector , as well as civil individuals and medical environment. "

Eng. Radovani, which the challenge that has involved you more up to today date ?
"The project  and commissioning of a plant to recover energy from 25 MVA in parallel with the public network at 132 kV.

Plans for the future?
"Strengthening business of programming and automation. Moreover, for the future, the Radovani Progetti Studio using qualified employees, aims to complete a design activity  not limited only to the electric field ; the same will be integrated with the execution of work and commissioning of plant, down to formulate  and supply turnkey. "
